Early Days Honeybee Connect Learning LLP is started to create automobile experts to strengthen the industry as automobile sector is considered the Sunrise Industry in manufacturing sector. Automotive sector has contributed in excess of 12% to GDP and comprise of over 40% of manufacturing sector in the last decade. It created 25 million jobs between 2006-16. Government and Automotive industry has collectively set a vision through Automobile Mission Plan (AMP 2026) to make significant contribution to Skill India Program and to create 65 million direct and indirect jobs over the next decade. Honeybee Connect Learning LLP has been formed to further this specific agenda and to extend the services to other related automobile areas.
The company specializes in automotive product and sales technical training. It is the only company to have designed, developed and successfully implemented a sustainable “Train The Trainer “program in Basic Automobile Technology (BAT). The grooming of soft skill trainers by providing specific technical learning alignment through BAT program, empowers our trainers with a unique combination of soft skills and technical qualification, which has proved to be a boon for automotive industry. We have the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of creating technical trainers and automobile experts to suit automotive industry requirement and deliver technical and sales training as per OEMs needs .
We predicted before one year that the growth of Indian Automobile Industry is not at par with the growth of availability of Technical Trainers to facilitate the same. The limited numbers of freelance technical trainers, which were pulled by various training agencies, put a restriction in meeting the AMP growth vision. In order to meet this shortfall, in mid 2017, we started a five day Train the Trainer (TTT) program by providing specific technical input on Basic Automobile Technology. We have successfully completed 10 batches of TTT with around 80+ trainers across the country. 40 + trainers, who underwent our TTT program, have been certified by the OEMs. This not only provided employment opportunity to trainers but effectively strengthened the OEM sales force across the country. We are proud to say that we are the only company in the country to design, develop, deliver and create a sustainable training model for the automobile technical training.
Mid 2018 – Birth of Honeybee Connect Learning Having successfully implemented the TTT models, our vision now is to align our business objective with the future growth of automotive segment bringing sustainable change in the profession. We believe that soft skill, behavioral, image consultant trainers with special talent can be groomed to become automobile trainers by providing specific learning alignment. Since the time we started, we have seen the automobile industry evolve & grow at a rapid pace.
